The loud oil furnace in our apartment always lulls me to sleep at night while in the winter. I assume that the oil furnace is easily soothing, but my partner seems to assume differently than I do. He is always complaining about the fact that the people I was with and I have a easily loud oil furnace in the house. He says that it keeps him from going to sleep at night, but it’s the opposite for me. I don’t understand why in the world the roaring sound does not put him to sleep the way it does me. I suppose everyone is weird when it comes to their sleeping habits. However, the people I was with and I have been fighting about the fact that the people I was with and I want weird things from our oil furnace. My partner says that he wants to call our local heating and cooling supplier to have them come and change our furnace so that the people I was with and I will have a quieter, high efficiency furnace system instead of the 1 that the people I was with and I have now. Of course, whenever he talks about that, I get easily mad. I just don’t want a new furnace system at all.I already have trouble sleeping as it is. If the people I was with and I had a furnace system that is quieter than the 1 that the people I was with and I have now, I don’t assume that I would ever be able to sleep again! I agree with him that there might be something wrong with the oil furnace that makes it that loud, but the last thing I want to do is get it fixed by a professional Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker. I assume the people I was with and I should just leave it alone.
