I am for sure going to sue the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor because I have no other option.
- I thought that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor would do the right thing, but I was totally mistaken.
Honestly, I was really hoping that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech would do the right thing plus get the owner of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech to do the right thing, however it seems that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech is more upset about their money than they are about their buyers. If I ever want to get my lake house repaired, I am going to have to sue the Heating, Ventilation & A/C vendor . The reason that I need to sue the Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor is that my high tech Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment was installed incorrectly. The high tech Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment was wired incorrectly by the high tech Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer, plus it caused a cabin fire in my new home. The new cabin wasn’t even inbuilt yet, plus the Heating, Ventilation & A/C pro that works for the high tech Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor literally just installed it. I have no clue what happened to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, however it sparked in the middle of the day plus caused a fire. Imagine how devastated I was to see months’ worth of work on my cabin destroyed by our new Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. I called the high tech Heating, Ventilation & A/C contractor to tell them what happened, plus they have not wanted to contact myself and others back. I think the Heating, Ventilation & A/C pro that installed the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, plus he admitted that he must have set it up wrong, but he told myself and others that he wasn’t willing to lose his job over it, so he was not going to say anything to the owner of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C dealer. This whole situation is messed up.
