Will was just about to complete her studies at the local Heating and Air Conditioning school when she met Sal. She was there from a local Heating and Air Conditioning business to provide them advice about the coming future. As fresh graduates who will soon be certified Heating and Air Conditioning experts, they were looking forward to joining the workforce. Sal got to speak to the class for an hour about her experience working for plus now running an Heating and Air Conditioning business. She explained the evolution of the Heating and Air Conditioning industry plus all the changes taking locale in regards to Heating and Air Conditioning technology. It was superb to hear real life experience from someone who’d been in the industry for a long time. After class, Will met up with Sal since she had some follow up questions. There were other students also interested in speaking with her so she let them go first. Then, when the crowd was gone, Will went forward plus recommended to speak with Sal. She said she was almost graduating, plus handed her her CV, and will was applying for an entry level position at her Heating and Air Conditioning business. Sal was so impressed because out of 30 students, Will was the only one to apply for a task at her local Heating and Air Conditioning business. She thought some might, however only one came forward, plus she had a CV with him. They paused the interview until after she got her certification plus then Will went to labor for Sal’s Heating and Air Conditioning business. It’s been six years since she joined the team, plus Will’s job is doing so well. She is so glad she took that chance.
