Will was just about to complete his studies at the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C university when he met Sal.
She was there from a local Heating, Ventilation & A/C business to deliver them advice about the coming future.
As fresh graduates who will soon be certified Heating, Ventilation & A/C experts, they were looking forward to joining the workforce. Sal got to speak to the class for an hour about his experience working for & now running an Heating, Ventilation & A/C business. She explained the evolution of the Heating, Ventilation & A/C industry & all the changes taking locale in regards to Heating, Ventilation & A/C technology. It was good to hear real life experience from someone who’d been in the industry for a long time. After class, Will met up with Sal since he had some follow up questions. There were other students also interested in speaking with his so he let them go first. Then, when the crowd was gone, Will went forward & recommended to speak with Sal. He said he was almost graduating, & handed his his CV, and will was applying for an entry level position at his Heating, Ventilation & A/C business. Sal was so impressed because out of 30 students, Will was the only one to apply for a job at his local Heating, Ventilation & A/C business. She thought some might, however only one came forward, & he had a CV with him. They paused the interview until after he got his certification & then Will went to labor for Sal’s Heating, Ventilation & A/C business. It’s been six years since he joined the team, & Will’s job is doing so well. He is so happy he took that chance.
