The Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C serviceman was in the basement, yelling

I was standing in my dining room one afternoon when I heard someone in the basement, but they were getting quite loud as well, and I wondered if there was something wrong, but I knew there was something wrong when it dawned on me that I hadn’t invited anyone into my house, or sent them to the basement.

I summoned my husband from the garage and inquired whether he had let anyone into the basement.

When he said no, I told him someone had, and the guy was not pleased! He also came inside and went to the basement door. He turned on the light, and there was a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning serviceman sitting on the basement floor, almost in tears. He thanked us for finding him and stated that he was unable to stand. He was repairing the furnace in his neighbor’s basement. He fell through and leaned against the wall, which was clearly part of our basement. He had split his leg on a pipe and was bleeding profusely, we helped him upstairs, and I could see a piece of metal sticking out of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman’s leg. I called an ambulance, which he didn’t realize he needed until he looked down. He fainted, and my husband was now trying to keep him from falling off the chair. He was awake when the ambulance arrived, and the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier was in our dining room. He required a detailed account of what occurred, even though I required him to speak with the neighbor. He was working on their heater, not ours. If someone had told me this story about the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning serviceman, I would have called them a liar.
