The Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist was yelling in the basement

When it dawned on me that I hadn’t invited anyone into my house or sent them to the basement, I knew something was amiss. I summoned my husband from the garage and inquired whether he had allowed anyone into the basement. When he said no, I informed him that someone else had, and that person wasn’t pleased! He entered the building and went to the basement door. He turned on the light to find a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technician kneeling on the basement floor, and he was on the verge of tears. He thanked us for finding him and stated that he was unable to stand. He was working on the furnace in the basement of his neighbor. He leaned against the wall, which was obviously part of our basement, and subsequently fell through. He broke his leg on a pipe and was bleeding profusely, my friend and I helped him up the stairs, and I could see a piece of metal protruding from the HVAC technician’s leg. He did not believe that an ambulance was necessary until he looked down. He fainted, and my husband was now attempting to prevent him from falling out of his chair. When the ambulance arrived, he was awake, and the proprietor of a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning business was in our kitchen. Even though I needed him to speak with the neighbor, he demanded a detailed account of what occurred. Plus, he was repairing their furnace, not ours. If someone had told me this about the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning specialist, I would have accused them of lying.
