He instructed me to walk this way, which I did. Along with him, I waved my arms and walked with a duck-like gait to the maintenance van. According to him, it would take a couple of afternoons to obtain the new fan motor, but it should last another ten years, which is the expected lifespan of the air conditioning unit.
