I invited the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning specialist into the home and also directed him to the furnace. Two minutes later, I heard a scream and ran to the door of the basement. He was cowering on the bottom step and requesting that I remove the cat. He was on the verge of tears as he yelled at me. He stated that he would contact the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning company, and they would send someone to the residence to remove the cats. I observed numerous cats at the bottom of the stairs, as well as cats crawling on his feet. Never before had I seen someone so terrified of cats, and it made me want to laugh.
