It’s hard to believe that she is 54 years old and this is the first time she has ever sold a house.

Once it went down for good, Olivia knew it was time to replace the residential Heating and A/C and get on with listing the lake house. Her realtor was so on top of just what she needed to do as far as improvements. When it came to new residential Heating and A/C, Olivia listened to her about the sort of Heating and A/C technology buyers certainly wanted. With that information, she went to the Heating and A/C company who has taken care of all of her all these years. They were great and got Olivia the best residential Heating and A/C which added important value to her home. Selling the lake house was tougher than she thought it was going to be emotionally. But her great, big tote of money sure helps.
