We are going to have to get our parents’ apartment ready to sell soon. My buddy and I have to get a new cooling system installed before my pal and I can put it up on the market, according to our realtor. The realtor simply said that if my pal and I don’t get the new cooling system system put in the apartment then there is just no way that my pal and I will ever be able to sell the house. I don’t really know if that’s really the case or not, but the realtor really knows what he’s doing. The realtor has been really great so far for us, so I don’t really know that he is going to steer us wrong. I know that the cooling system unit in the apartment is older, but I really don’t feel like it has to be completely upgraded at this point, either. I don’t know if it’s going to help us sell the apartment or not, but maybe it will! Our parents are moving out west because they have both retired, and so now we’re in charge of getting everything together and getting stuff ready to go for them. My sibling and I are the ones doing all of the work, and so now I guess I’m going to have to call an actual heating and air conditioning corporation and get this air conditioning unit upgraded too. This is just one more thing that I’m going to have to do that I wasn’t planning on, but that’s okay, I guess. I feel like getting their apartment sold is going to be a whole lot more trouble than I was planning for it to be when my pal and I first found out about it. My parents have done a lot for me over the years, so I feel like this is the least that I can do for them now. Hopefully I will also be able to get this air conditioning situation fixed quickly!
