Because I had previous experience in the heating & cooling industry, I often get asked for energy saving tips, or just general heat & a/c advice.
I was a heating & cooling tech for a few years, but then due to an accident, I can no longer labor efficiently without severe pain.
So now I am just an moderate office worker, but I still get people asking about Heating & A/C technology & unit when they find out that I was once an a/c tech. I know it would bother some people, despite the fact that I truthfully don’t mind. I honestly wanted to be a cooling worker, so when I get to help people with their Heating & A/C questions, it makes me feel like I am a cooling specialist again! Anyways, recently my sister in law had a question for me involving heating & cooling, & she asked if I could come over. I arrived at their venue in the early afternoon, & she pointed out the ductwork to me, & asked if I could take a look at it. I was expecting a few tears of something, despite the fact that I was incredibly surprised to see that the ductworks were completely ruined. I was in shock that they were residing like this, then the ductwork was really ruined through time, but it also had some pretty nasty tears. I hated delivering the news to her, although she really didn’t seem to be bothered that much. She told me she figured this would happen, & so she already called & planned for getting ductless air conditioners, which I thought was a smart plan.
