In certain parts of my home, there have been some cold spots, then my roommate immediately jumped to the conclusion that my buddy and I were haunted.
But I was highly doubting that.
I wouldn’t be sad about ghosts unless stuff started moving on its own. While I feel in ghosts, I wanted to look for a more rational explanation. I didn’t know it was really something wrong with my dial thermostat, because it seemed to labor fine, & testing my furnace system & air conditioner unit seemed to labor good as well. This left me baffled, what else could it be? After a little research, I figured it really could be the ductwork, but that was something I would let a certified heating & cooling specialist handle. There is no way I was going to mess with the ductworks of my house. There was an independent Heating & A/C business in our area, & I contacted him to see if he had some free time for later; He did, & so I had an appointment busy for later this week. When he arrived, he took a brief look at the ductwork & confirmed what I had suspected, and yes, the ductwork had some holes & tears in it, & so it would need to be patched up. The heating & cooling repairman was able to patch everything up, & when I went to pay him, he really refused & told me he appreciates to sometimes do some repairs for free. I was shocked! I told him he now has a permanent customer, & I thanked him a ton.
