I love my mom and Mom, and I knew they were going through some rough times, then what I didn’t know was that they needed anywhere to live, however they had been given six weeks to transfer out of their house, because they were being evicted by the government! Mom and Mom had held out as long as they could to keep the house, but eventually they couldn’t. They had paid their taxes in years, and it caught up with them. When I talked to my spouse, he frowned, however he could not think I thought I had to ask if my parents could live with us. He said they were always welcome and he was happy my friend and I had just remodeled the basement. My buddy and I were thinking it would make a nice house for our daughter, but now, it was going to be an house for my parents. When I talked to mom and Mom, mom told me they would love to live in our basement, but it had to have new Heating and Air Conditioning, however i could not think he said that until he told me why, however he said the last time they were there, they were sleeping in the basement on the pullout. It was so humid down there, they felt like they had to take a shower many times throughout the evening. I told his it had been remodeled and there was a new Heating and Air Conditioning system, and a brand new full bath. She thanked me for the invitation but thought he should refuse, although he really had no other choice. She told me what was going on with their house, and said my friend and I were their saving grace.
