I love my mom & dad, & I knew they were going through some rough times, but what I didn’t know was that they needed anywhere to live, then they had been given six weeks to transfer out of their house, because they were being evicted by the government, mom & dad had held out as long as they could to keep the house, but eventually they couldn’t.
They had paid their taxes in years, & it caught up with them.
When I talked to my fiance, he frowned, but he couldn’t suppose I thought I had to ask if my parents could live with us. He said they were consistently welcome & he was blissful my pal and I had just remodeled the basement. My buddy and I were thinking it would make a nice house for our daughter! Now, it was going to be an house for my parents. When I talked to mom & dad, mom told me they would love to live in our basement, but it had to have up-to-date Heating & A/C, and i couldn’t suppose she said that until she told me why, but she said the last time they were there, they were sleeping in the basement on the pullout. It was so humid down there, they felt like they had to take a shower several times throughout the night. I told her it had been remodeled & there was a up-to-date Heating & A/C system, & a brand up-to-date full bath. She thanked me for the invitation but thought she should refuse, but she genuinely had no other choice. She told me what was going on with their house, & said my pal and I were their saving grace.
