Over the last several years, our HVAC company has undergone many changes.
- The worst of all the changes was getting a new owner.
The previous owner was retiring, and his son took over. Ever since he took over, the company has been going downhill. Their pricing went up and the quality of work went down. I needed to find a new HVAC company that knew what they were doing and cared for their customers. I wasn’t sure it was going to be as easy as I hoped, but I knew it was a necessity. My husband was starting to call the other local HVAC companies to see what their pricing was like. We have websites for the three HVAC companies and have been doing a lot of reading. We think we have it narrowed down a bit, but two of them sound really good. After comparing the website from the old HVAC company and this one, we know we are going to be better off regardless of which new company we choose. My husband thinks we should call and make an appointment for a free service. Two of the companies are offering free air conditioner inspections for new customers, and this may be a way to find out what kind of business ethics they have. As much as we hate the idea of changing HVAC companies, we are excited to start the process of finding a new one. We’ll have the air conditioning unit serviced, and maybe the furnace serviced early, if we make the appointments right. I just want to have an HVAC that puts its customer first.
