New Heating, Ventilation plus A/C rules at the university

At my kids university they are making up-to-date rules regarding the heating plus cooling system.

Because there were a lot of complaints about it being too hot or too chilly in there due to them not putting the temperature control up where it needed to be, there is now a regulation where they have to have the central heating plus cooling system maintaining a steady temperature of at least 78 degrees year round.

In the super chilly winter season months it must be at least 78 degrees in there or they could catch a major good from the city. The same goes in the start of the super hot summer time months towards the end of the university year where it must be at least 78 degrees in there. Otherwise again, a good will be given if reported. I think this is a actually good thing so the university has to maintain indoor comfort for all the kids plus the instructors. Those in charge of the temperature control settings in the past have been the corporate people who have personal heating plus a/c units in their offices. And they did not appreciate the general staff or the kids. It made it a certainly taxing university year for everyone! Now it is going to all change plus be much different. I am certainly happy for this when I got a letter in the mail telling me about it. So start certainly soon I know my kids will be in quality indoor comfort in the university. Also they said that they will be required to have the most brand up-to-date plus up-to-date commercial heating plus cooling system too.
