Occasionally longer than others.
This was the case for me with our HVAC business. I am an independent heat as well as cooling system supplier who has been working non stop for the last 6 years without any kind of vacation. This was something that was finally getting to me. So as a result of all this I finally decided enough was enough as well as it was time to take a nice long 2 week vacation. I put everything on hold as well as closed our independent HVAC company for this amount of time as well as I took a cruise ship vacation with our wife for the 2 weeks. It was no nice not even thinking about heating or air conditioning. To be fair I was totally burned out on it all. I nearly was so burnt out I thought about getting another career as well as closing the HVAC company for good! However I knew that would not be a wise idea because this is our career as well as what I put so much time as well as effort into building. It was just that a long 2 week long overdue break was needed as well as I needed to get away from the everyday hustle as well as bustle all together. After the 2 week vacation on the cruise I reopened our independent HVAC company as well as all was back to company as usual. I fell right back into it as well as felt refreshed with no feelings of wanting to quit. The long vacation was just what I needed.
