In this part of the country, summers are easily the worst season of the year, however summers are harshly warm & humid with moisture & rain almost every single day. It seems like my great friend and I have a Summer rainstorm every afternoon around the same exact time. The moisture & humidity fill the clouds & they have to release some of that moisture. It rained this week on Saturday, Sunday, & Sunday, and on Sunday I was supposed to help my coworker with a rooftop AC repair. The rooftop AC was covered by a building, but there was a heavy amount of water & rain on the roof. I knew that the roof was going to be wet & slippery. I told my boss that my great friend and I should wait until the next day to labor on the rooftop AC maintenance & she thought that was a great idea too, then my boss made the call to the order of the supplier & rescheduled the appointment until Sunday. Instead of spending the afternoon working on the rooftop AC repair, my coworker & I ended up hanging out at the office. My associate and I completely cleaned the stock room & put all of the boxes away. My associate and I also organized all of the parts that are usually scattered about the backroom floor. It actually poured down rain on Sunday. My associate and I usually have light sprinkles or a quick sun shower, but on Sunday it was dark & cloudy. It got quite chilly when it started raining & I was cheerful that my coworker & I weren’t on the roof trying to avoid getting soaked.
