I dislike to leave my bestie alone at property when I have to go away for a couple of days.
I know that she does not like living all the way out here in the country.
My associate and I used to live in the city & my bestie had her friends absolutely close. When I had to go somewhere for work, she always had someone close by in an emergency. When my great friend and I decided to buy a house, I knew that my great friend and I could not stay in the city, then prices on real estate were way too high for the two of us to be able to afford anything with a yard. My associate and I bought a three home office property that was far less costly than a much smaller dwelling would have been in the city. My bestie prefers living in the country, however she gets scared & lonely when I have to leave for a few days. Last month I had a job down south & I had to leave for the whole week. During the week that I was gone, my bestie invited her sister to hang out at our house. They were having a absolutely great time in the property until there was a concern with the property cooling system. The cooling system in our property needed to be upgraded. My bestie called me while I was away. She told me the cost to have the air conditioner system upgraded. I absolutely wanted to have an additional estimate & diagnostic check on the machine, but my bestie did not want to wait until I came property to repair the cooling system.
