They say you should change your air filter every single month.
I am talking about the air filter to your central heating and air conditioner.
However for myself and others this does not happen and occasionally I have to suffer with some terrible air quality in my home. This is because in this apartment that I rent the air filter is absolutely hard to change! They have it in the ceiling which makes it so I have to get a ladder in order to even change the thing. And this is just too much work. So occasionally I can go 4 to 6 months separate from increasing the air filter of the central heating and air conditioner. I have been renting this apartment for about 5 years now, and one year I did not change the air filter of the central heating and air conditioner for almost a whole year! I was blessed the central heat and a/c unit didn’t split on me. If it did I would have just called the property management and they would have to spend money for the HVAC repair. That’s what they get for not having something done about this air filter placement! I actually do not believe appreciate getting up a ladder all the time just to change the air filter of the central heating and air conditioner. I proposal to transport out of here in about 6 months anyhow. Hopefully the next place I get will be better with the air filter placement.
