I grew up down south with my family, & my friend and I never did any traveling.
The furthest that my friend and I ever traveled was to my Grandparents apartment which was two hours west of our home.
I cannot think it, but I undoubtedly never traveled outside of our state until I was twenty-two years old. I went to a small community school near my house, & the first time I traveled out of state was with an old roommate. I never thought that I would end up residing somewhere else, but life has a way of surprising you. I met a good guy about three years ago, & my friend and I began dating… Long story short, my friend and I got married & moved up north. It is so odd here. The weather conditions is so much cooler & drier. I never had dry skin when I lived down south, & I suppose that is because it was so humid almost year round. My associate and I had dehumidifiers running all the time in our household & at our school. I actually had never even heard of a humidifier until I moved up north. My partner had lived up north for part of his childhood, so he knew that my friend and I would need a humidifier. He mentioned it to me when my friend and I first moved North, but I totally forgot about it. I forgot about it until winter time hit us. winter time here is unlike any winter time I have ever experienced. It is so cold, & there is so much snow. Not to mention it gets seriously dry as well. I decided to buy a humidifier within just the first couple weeks of Winter. I had had enough of the dryness already.
