I finally broke down and purchased a second cooling system for my house.
I had been wanting one for about four years, but I was too cheap to buy one.
This summer time has been quite a bit warmer than previous summers, so I was sick of being super warm in my house. My friend and I have had one cooling system in our household ever since my fine friend and I moved in about ten years ago. My friend and I usually keep that one cooling system in the family room. I have moved it into my husband’s and my home office the night before. It is legitimately hard to sleep when you are covered in sweat to death. I knew that if I ever got a second cooling system, I would put it in the kitchen. The kitchen is on the opposite side of the household from the family room; As soon as I broke down and purchased a second cooling system, I installed it in the kitchen window. I cannot describe how attractive it is to have a cool kitchen. I have never had an air conditioned kitchen before, so I had no idea how nice it would be. I really find myself enjoying cooking now. I used to dread cooking supper especially while in the summer time months because it was so hot in the kitchen that by the time I was done cooking, I looked like I had just run a marathon out in the heat. It was ridiculous. My friend and I ordered food a lot because I just could not cook in such a hot kitchen. I am so thankful for a second cooling system.
