I am so thankful that I was able to find a new home, but i had been wanting to buy a new dwelling for quite awhile, although I just could not seem to find one.
- I looked for about a year & a half before I was able to find a nice condo that fit all of my needs & wants, the condo that I owned previously had a lot of issues.
It was an older house, & I just did not want to bother fixing all of the issues when I didn’t even actually like the condo in the first location. It just wasn’t my style. My new condo is exactly what I pictured myself living in. It is pretty large, & it is more of a new category home. My preferred part about my new condo is how well the air conditioning works. That may sound absurd, however the air conditioning in my old condo did not work well at all. It got so sizzling in my condo that I dreaded going dwelling after work each afternoon. I have no idea what was wrong with the cooling system, although I knew that it would be fancy to fix. I had to call an Heating & A/C supplier to fix my heater one time, & I ended having to spend my savings them over a thousand dollars just to upgrade a part that cost one hundred dollars. I was not about to call an Heating & A/C supplier again about my cooling system. I am so thankful for working A/C in my new home. It is absolutely a huge blessing to have an air conditioned condo to come dwelling to everyday.
