Mistaken identity while in a current air conditioner replacement

Everybody at toil calls myself and others Billie.

When I was a current business, nobody who initially heard Billie thought it was a man. My colleagues took a little bit of getting used to the name. The most recent incident was when I was installing a ductless heat pump. It was a last-hour assignment since the cooling specialist who was supposed to head the replacement process had a last-hour emergency. We informed the homeowner about the matter, and he had no concern with the last-hour change. We told him that Billie would be the cooling expert on the task. During the replacement, he came to myself and others and asked if I could direct him to Billie. I just chuckled and told him that I was Billie, and the expression on his face was one that I was used to, but it regularly made myself and others smile to see the shock. He went ahead to tell myself and others that he had not met any lady who was an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman or taking area in the groundwork in the Heating and Air Conditioning business. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and the people I was with and I opted to go ahead to have our briefing on the mini split a/c replacement. His sibling accompanied him. The sibling had a few questions for myself and others that he needed. He told myself and others he knew the way around the ductwork and his digital thermostat, and I even did duct sealing when I detected a leak in the Heating and Air Conditioning duct. He was, but, having problems with the temperature control plan and asked if I could offer our services once I finished with the current air conditioner install. He also needed myself and others to set up a zone control plan and air conditioner tune-ups to improve indoor air conditions.
