Changing the pool rules

Next week, things are changing at the fitness center.

A lot of buyers are truly anxious about the changes and I have been chasing calls all afternoon, everyday, since the announcement was made on the weekend.

All of our members had access to the swimming pool, sauna, and spa. Even the members under eighteen were allowed to use the facilities as long as they carried their membership card. Adults members have whined for years about the rules, because the pool has turned into a morning hang out spot; Finally, the owners decided it was time to do something about the complaints. An announcement was made this weekend concerning the pool. The owner sent an email to all the people listed as members in our registry. All members past and present gained the email correspondence. Starting next week, no 1 under the age of eighteen will be allowed to go to the pool, hot tub, or sauna without an adult member present at the time. If you’re here with mom or dad, that’s fine, but otherwise, the indoor pool is now only for adults. I’ve had many angry parents calling me for more than two days, because they paid membership fees and now they are missing out. I do not know what to tell them. I read from a script that has been prepared for me by the owner. It outlines the reasons why both of us had to change the rules. Other than that, I can only say that I am very sorry. It doesn’t work on all the people, but it literally is the best that I can do.
