Recently, I started to notice that my apartment was getting colder and colder.
- It is tscheme that I live in a chilly section however, this is unofficial even from my house, however plus, every one of us have been having some unusually overheated and sunny days and so I was confused as to why I was having all this chilly air.
I’ll go to the control component and turn off or turn down the A/C to prevent the chilly air from the cooling system plan to allow the apartment to get too cold. However I noticed almost no change in the cooling of my A/C system. The apartment was still feeling usually chilly, so I did a bit of investigation work because I knew that there must be something else that was at fault for this chilly air and not the cooling system unit. When I went around the apartment I was checking all the doors on windows from top to bottom and that is where I found my problem. The problem was my apartment was an older loft and almost all of the weather stripping had been worn or had completely come out, now I was having a leakage of chilly air from outside coming in all over the place. This whole time I had been having trouble sleeping at night because of how chilly the apartment was and I was convinced it was my a/c. I had even made it a appointment with the Heating and A/C business to have it fixed! But the A/C isn’tthe problem at all. I made a run down to the hardware store and installed some modern weather stripping and have not had any complications since.
