Occasionally you just cannot talk sense into people.

It can be seriously aggravating and infuriating when you feel like you have useful advice that someone will not heed.

This is why I tried to keep my opinions to myself and let people make their own mistakes these afternoons. I have been burned too various times by engaging in deep, constructive conversations that go genuinely nowhere when my friends and family ignore everything that I say. Eventually I realized that I’m fatigued of this back and forth. I would rather just let people make their own mistakes while I sit back and watch. That’s why I’m standing in a plastic grass chair right now, burning up in my dress and wishing that I was in air conditioning, but for the past many years my best buddy has been planning his outdoor ceremony and I have held my tongue about the air quality problems. I always thought it was a different choice to have your large ceremony in a space separate from any air conditioning or heating options! Living in an part of the country with a tumultuous climate means you never know if you should expect burning sizzling or chilly chilly air, and you genuinely need a central heating and cooling system inside of your household to stay comfortable everyday. Why would you ever subject your ceremony to potential disaster with a sizzling and humid summer time day or a spontaneously chilly chilly front? I did not want to get in a fight with my best buddy over his lack of Heating and Air Conditioning at his ceremony so I did not say anything. Now, it’s a hundred degrees outside, there’s no AC to be found, and I’ve already seen 3 guests pass out from heat stroke.

Occasionally the devil is in the details, that’s what they always say anyways, and recently I found out that this was genuinely the case when it came to finding a acceptable rental on my family getaway. I honestly did not have high hopes for our residing conditions when we were going out of the state. Because I’m traveling with three teenagers and a pet and a life I knew that the chances would be somewhat limited within our budget. I did not want to be stuck at an uncomfortable hotel, crammed into one room with the tiny heating and cooling system again. When we arrived at the rental I thought that the indoor air felt a bit stagnant and humid… However, I figured no one had been staying in the rental and operating the air conditioning for a few afternoons. I searched around for the temperature control so I could change the indoor air quality control settings and get some indoor comfort for my family. Unluckyly, no matter what I did the temperature control reMEd elusive. Eventually I contacted the owner of the airbnb and asked about the central Heating and Air Conditioning system. That’s when they told me, there was no indoor air handling device. Apparently I should have serviced the rental description in better detail.

When I got pregnant everybody told me that I was in for a wild ride.

However, things have absolutely gotten a lot more complicated with the coronavirus outbreak. Now, it would be a lot easier for me to manage my fears of the virus if homeowners were as sensitive about their indoor air quality as I am. Recently, things have gotten very nerve-wracking because several of my heating plus cooling clients refused to wear a face mask in their own home. This is very concerning to me, but at least I feel like I have some protection by wearing my own PPE. The bigger problem has become clients who entirely insist I need to unlink my own face mask before I can inspect their Heating plus A/C equipment. I’ve had a string of radical right-wing clients telling you that I won’t be able to access their a/c or furnace until they can see my entire face. My morning-to-day task trying to repair broken a/c units plus disinfect out HVAC ducts has certainly gotten a lot more dire since people started denying the pandemic was the problem.

Periodically it’s very amazing how simple the solution is to your biggest questions, but for most of my life, I’ve wondered how some people seem to have nice luck plus other people are plagued with poor formusic.

The older I get, but, the more I understand that the energy you put into the universe is the energy that you’ll get back. All of the times that nice luck seemed out of reach, it’s because I expected terrible luck. Recently, this was proven to me again when I was talking to my mom about my recent Heating plus A/C failure. I had just bought my central heating plus cooling system less than five years earlier, plus almost instantaneously observed that the indoor air quality was fluctuating wildly every morning. It seemed like I could not maintain an even indoor air temperature no matter what I did plus my energy bills were climbing through the roof. This is embarrassing to admit, but for the last couple weeks I’ve been trying to make a podcast. I know that everybody has a podcast these afternoons, plus I am simply joining the pack. I have to say, I do feel like I have a certain point of view plus there are people who can benefit from listening to what I have to share. That being said, so far my most highly-ranked episode is not at all what I expected. In fact, it’s a complete accident that I caught any of this episode on recording. You see, I had just settled down to start recording my podcast a few weeks ago when I observed that the indoor air temperature was getting seriously tepid plus stagnant. It seems like there was no high-quality a/c pumping through my vents, even though I knew my temperature control programming should be kicking the AC machine into gear. As I sat back plus realized that it was unusually quiet separate from my central cooling system operating, I quickly opened my cellphone plus Googled the nearest Heating plus A/C repair shop. I promptly called the air quality control dealership plus proposed for a professional repair appointment. The Heating plus A/C serviceman arrived at my apartment within 20 minutes plus he walked me through all of the diagnostics that he was performing on my cooling system. Little did I know, while in this entire endeavor I forgot to turn off my recording equipment. I captured the entire Heating plus A/C repair on audio plus posted it to my podcast, almost as a joke. Well, that has quickly become my most popular episode of all times. Apparently people are a lot more interested in heating plus cooling repair than my views on world politics.
