I was feeling pretty over-scheduled when I was trying to decide what to do with our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. It had broken down a few times, however I wasn’t sure that I wanted to have it repaired or replaced. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional said all of us could undoubtedly go either way. I see the SEER rating for the cooling method is 26, and I’m pretty sure they don’t get more energy efficient than this. When the current method was installed, all of us were excited to give it a try. This was right before the hot season, so the hot and cold temperatures were already starting to get warm. All of us tried out the cooling method instantaneously, and it was actually pleasant. I was far more ecstatic when I saw how low our energy bills were.
The Heating was pretty nice
Something I had never realized is that you could have different zones with your Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system.
Even with my existing Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, I had air handlers installed and dampers for a customized temperature control across different rooms.
This is something I wanted to do recently after consulting with a local HVAC dealer. The choice was somewhat difficult at first because I had to choose whether I should just install a current ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C method or update the ducted system… Given, the update was way cheaper, however I won’t appreciate the kind of energy savings I would have with a current ductless system. Still, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C method is only a few years old, so I have at least another 7 years keeping the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C running great with correct maintenance and care. That’s ultimately the reason why I had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C updated, so I didn’t have to empty our savings account and that the method has plenty of life left. It was a long and hard decision though, especially since our partner kept saying how he wanted something modern. Lou was especially looking forward to not having to use air duct anymore which makes the air quality rotten if you don’t get correct air duct cleaning services. Still, I don’t mind the air duct cleaning services, I figured Lou and I could just make do over the years. The update with Heating, Ventilation, and A/C zone control feels awesome! All the rooms have their own temperature controls now, and the young ones undoubtedly care about it too, and now I can have perfect cooling through the night without bothering Lou or the rest of the condo or spiking the energy bills too much. Lou and I have been saving a pretty enjoyable amount of money since the update, so we’re all quite gratified about that.

He even mentioned how the oil furnaces that he was talking about didn’t generate any noise, they were whisper quiet. Honestly, I kind of adore it when the heating method cranks on and I hear that rush of hot air flowing through the air ducts. To me, it wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t hear the noises from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. I swear that those noises help myself and others to sleep better. Finally the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional was able to make the arrangements for a new gas furnace, and I was ecstatic about the price.
My brother sets his heater way too high
When I went to visit our brother Ed recently, I grimaced when I walked into the home.
Ed had her heater cranked up to undoubtedly high hot and cold temperatures. I mean, sure it was cold outside, however I just went from being cold to being in an incredibly hot environment. I felt that I was covered in sweat within an hour and I asked our brother if he could adjust the temperature control settings. Ed looked at myself and others and laughed. Ed said it was way too cold and he didn’t want to have to cover up with a blanket. So basically, during the whole visit, I had to suffer. When I looked at the temperature control, Ed yelled at myself and others saying that I better not mess with the temperature control settings. I just looked at the temp controls and saw Ed had it set to 85 degrees! I mean, who wants such a high temperature in their home, seriously! I kept trying to convince Ed that it was too hot and he was wasting money. I told his that his energy bills were going to be through the roof, however this didn’t budge Ed, not even a little bit. Ed said if I was feeling too hot, I was welcome to take a cold shower or I could consistently put a wet towel over our head. Surprisingly, that was an enjoyable method and so I was hanging out with a cold towel on my head the whole visit pretty much. Ed would laugh at myself and others from time to time, however I didn’t care because at least the towel made myself and others suppose more comfortable.
