One For All Air Conditioning

Apparently, things are getting different at an exponential rate.

I just put on an anti-theft cage over my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C cabinet outside of my house.

Maybe I’m just old but this whole thing feels as though it’s whirling out of control. Our whole country seems divided and miserable. For sure, I can understand where some of this comes from. There’s plenty out there that seems particularly unfair to the folks that are doing their best. I for one, am a rule follower and do the things I’m supposed to do. So it entirely galls me that I have to put a cage over my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component just to keep it from being destroyed by thieves… Had someone told me that this would be the case 20 years ago, I would have laughed in their face. But what makes it worse is the fact that thieves are not even stealing important heating and cooling equipment. They are easily destroying thousands of dollars worth of residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C to get their hands on copper fittings. That’s right, entire Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units are torn to bits and left strewn across the yard for handfuls of copper fittings. These thieves are so desperate due to addiction or whatever circumstance that they are willing to go to these connects for copper fittings. And even then, those thieves are being paid pennies on the dollar for the copper that they steal. Yeah, I just don’t get it but I dang sure don’t want to have to fight the insurance company to replace by residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C either. I assume things could get a whole lot worse but I’m sure hoping I’m not around for that.

When you live where I do, the summer time heat is entirely never off your mind.

But I assume that beats living way up north.

I imagine that sort of winter is always on one’s mind. Between prepping the house, dealing with all the snow and ice and Heating, Ventilation plus A/C concerns, I imagine that’s a full plate. So I will for sure take my situation in the south over winters in the north. Of course right now, my good friend and I are enjoying attractive weather as our winters are so charming and mild. The heat pump is quiet now as there has not much call for heating at all. But I know this won’t last. It’ll be a few more months of this sort of weather before the hot and cold temperatures begin to rise. Before you know it, June will roll around and the oppressive heat will be laid on top of us like a entirely hot, moist blanket. It’s a good idea to have your ducks in a row prior to the heat entirely setting in. My buddy and I have a pretty good strategy in our home. When the hot and cold temperatures start to rise in March, my good friend and I leave the air conditioner off. This allows us to acclimate to the rising hot and cold temperatures which results in less air conditioner demand for the summer. Plus, just getting acclimated to the higher hot and cold temperatures makes the height of summer time feel much less overwhelming. But I make sure that I call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company to have the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist come out and do the air conditioner tune up in late February. It’s always a good thing to get ahead and be sure the heat pump is ready for action.

There were plenty of things that I had to get accustomed to when I moved from the north, but and I didn’t just transfer a bit, I moved all the way down south, then for sure, I don’t regret it at all, i cherish the fact that I’m not paying high heating bills because my gas boiler is running non stop.

And just being able to be outside in the daylight is a massive bonus for sure.

I cherish the weather down here this time of year… That was easy to get accustomed to, and but the summer time was another thing altogether. I remember my first summer time down here and it was extreme to say the least. The level of heat and humidity in this region is staggering, however of course, I heard all about this before I moved down here. But experiencing this kind of summer time heat is much different then simply acknowledging that it exists. But thankfully, there is a go to residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C solution to that heat. It was clear from the moment I moved down here that the heat pump was definitely the heating and cooling component of choice. And for obvious reasons I might add. There isn’tmuch need for heating but the heat pump can supply any level of heat that my good friend and I need in this region. But the primary function of a heat pump entirely is cooling off house. It’s been 5 years now and I’m becoming more acclimated to that sort of level of heat. But I’m sure cheerful to have the heat pump in my corner.

I’m still not so delighted about the way things turned out.

Moving here was something that my partner & I just didn’t guess would be in the cards.

But the economy honestly shook the business I work for & I honestly didn’t have much choice. When the giant bosses call you into the splendid air conditioner of the conference room, it gets your attention. I was resting across from three layers of bosses who were pressing me to come to this office & straighten things out. That is not the easiest position to find yourself in. And it’s even tougher to say no. I’ve only worked for one business since I left college. And I absolutely made my bones early in my career by being willing to take on the taxing challenges. This led to my partner & I having to move all around the country. My buddy and I went from winters where my associate and I had to have a gas furnace running all the time to honestly sizzling summers & tons of air conditioner. But finally, my associate and I were assured that my associate and I could finally put down some roots. And that is exactly what my associate and I did by buying a home & renovating it. My buddy and I got the study room of our dreams as well as the latest in residential HVAC & HVAC technology. But as soon as everything was done, my associate and I had to sell it. I will give high praise to the local HVAC business as they were really helpful when it came to relocating. Our HVAC professionals really put together a list of new HVAC companies where my associate and I were moving. So at least my associate and I have that going for us.

Calling the heating and cooling technician for a routine HVAC cleaning every month is also rather expensive

When I got pregnant everybody told me that I was in for a wild ride. They tried to warn me that being a parent was no laughing matter. There would be a lot of days of blood, sweat, & tears. Beyond that, people told me that I could expect a major financial change in my life now that I was responsible for a tiny human. My friends and family started joking about starting up the college fund now, while I was still only three months pregnant. I actually started setting money aside for these eventual expenses in my child’s life… But nobody warned me about the immediate cost of heating and cooling upgrades that I would be facing. You see, when my child was born she immediately had several rounds of respiratory illnesses. The respiratory distress was extremely difficult to observe. Our doctors were constantly trying to figure out what was wrong with her tiny lungs and nasal passages but it seemed like our indoor air was the problem. Every time we spent a day exclusively indoors using our central heating and cooling system it seems like my daughter would have a new respiratory illness. Eventually, I decided to call my local heating and cooling specialist to see what kind of air quality control measures they could install in my home. It turns out, air purification systems and HEPA air filters are not extremely cheap. Calling the heating and cooling technician for a routine HVAC cleaning every month is also rather expensive. With all of my indoor air quality control concerns I have been shelling out a ton of cash each month for my daughter’s respiratory health. Forget about college, I’ll be happy if we can get her through grade school.

Sometimes you just can’t talk sense into people. It can be extremely frustrating and infuriating when you feel like you have useful advice that someone will not heed. This is why I tried to keep my opinions to myself and let people make their own mistakes these days. I have been burned too many times by engaging in deep, constructive conversations that go absolutely nowhere when my friends and family ignore everything that I say. Eventually I realized that I’m tired of this back and forth. I would rather just let people make their own mistakes while I sit back and watch. That’s why I’m sitting in a plastic lawn chair right now, burning up in my dress and wishing that I was in air conditioning. For the past several years my best friend has been planning her outdoor wedding and I have held my tongue about the air quality concerns. I always thought it was a strange choice to have your massive ceremony in a space without any air conditioning or heating options. Living in an area of the country with a tumultuous climate means you never know if you should expect burning hot or freezing cold air. You absolutely need a central heating and cooling system inside of your house to stay comfortable everyday. Why would you ever subject your wedding to potential disaster with a hot and humid summer day or a spontaneously freezing cold front? I didn’t want to get in a fight with my best friend over her lack of HVAC at her wedding so I didn’t say anything. Now, it’s a hundred degrees outside, there’s no AC to be found, and I’ve already seen 3 guests pass out from heat stroke.
