I didn’t suppose it was possible.

The news that I was getting married nearly made our 84 year old mother fall over.

But yea, at 52 years old, I’m getting married for the very first time. Both of us had to prop that old man up in the a/c he was so overwhelmed. I got pretty much the same reaction from all our coworkers inside the zone controlled Heating & Air Conditioning at the office. Nobody thought I’d ever get married. I don’t believe exactly why that is as I’ve had several extreme relationships. But none of them was our guy. Then, I met our guy & getting married seemed enjoy the most natural thing to do. My husband is the same age & believe it or not, the two of us made the decision to go to college together. In fact, I was a floor below his in the dorms where all the two of us had was radiant heating. There was zero a/c other than buying a fan. Still, the two of us never memorably knew each other. Both of us attended some of the same events & even knew some of the same people. But 30 years later, the two of us meet at a conference & the rest is appealing. So once the two of us get married, we’ve decided to build a condo together. This is something that neither of us have done in our lives. So it’s cool that we’re getting to experience this together. For the quality heating & air section of the house, the two of us are going with a very long term commitment. We’re using a geothermal heat pump for heating & cooling our new house. It’s so efficient, sustainable & reliable. Plus, the Heating & Air Conditioning component lasts forever it seems. Just enjoy this marriage will last.

I have a fairly giant piece of property. This was consistently my dream when I was growing up in downtown apartments with radiant heating and zero cooling system. I wanted space. The ability to simply move around without having to accommodate so many other people was all I wanted. It’s such a fortunate circumstance for me. But having a nice condo with great, quality heating and air and a bunch of land takes effort. There’s not a lot of time for resting in the recliner in the cooling system. Although, I most absolutely make time for that stuff. No, I easily have plenty to keep me busy. Shoot just mowing the cleared land is a handful. And where the people I was with and I live, just cutting that grass in the Summer can be overwhelming. I act much like the farmers around here and get after it at first light. Still, by like 10 in the day, I’m getting to be crispy crunchy out there. So I do come inside the cooling system to cool off a bit and rehydrate. The whole thing is the hydration. Too bad it took me so long to learn that fact. To protect my health, I make sure I take these breaks inside the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling and get my water. But the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device is also providing additional health protection by balancing the humidity inside the house. This humidity balance mitigates mold growth which in turn, helps my respiratory system stay healthy. Indoor air quality is just as important, if not more important, than the outside air quality that I care about so much. I’m sure thankful for my quality heating and air.

Most of the time when your central heating and air conditioning system takes a dive it is a major issue that you have to call the local heat and a/c company to come out and fix.

• Calling a heating and air conditioning specialist could run you a few hundred bucks or more each time depending on the issue with the central heat and a/c unit.

You never know what the problem could be. However sometimes things work out easy to where you do not have to call the local heat and a/c company to have them send out a certified heating and air conditioning specialist to fix your central heating and a/c unit if you just do some simple troubleshooting before running to the phone to call the heating and air conditioning people. This is what happened to me recently when my central heating and cooling unit suddenly stopped working. I did some basic troubleshooting and found that the issue was that a fuse had blown! So it was easy as ever to fix. All I had to do was go outside to my fuse box, reset the fuse and my central heating and air conditioning system was working again in full effect. No need to waste a few hundred bucks on the heating and air conditioning company and their certified heat and a/c specialists. When this kind of thing happens it is always the best in my opinion. Because I saved money and fixed it myself!

I had the best holiday season last year.

This was all because of a special gift I got for myself and my family.

That personal gift was an electric fireplace! The electric fireplace was something I had wanted to buy for a long time but just did not have the cash on hand to do so. But I had saved up a lot of money over the year before and finally was able to buy one. And it made the perfect holiday season gift. This was not only because it looked nice in the living room area of our home, but it was nice to decorate with the holiday decorations. Also it kind of worked as a very large and powerful space heater in a way. Because of that fact we were able to save a little money on our energy bills by running the electric fireplace to keep us warm in the front end of the house instead of running the central heating all the time which cost a lot to run. So having lower electric bills was also a nice holiday gift. And this was all thanks to the wonderful electric fireplace that I was able to buy for the house. If you can get yourself an electric fireplace and do not already have one I really would say to do so. Because the electric fireplace is a great way to brighten up your home in many ways and it will save you money on your energy bills in the winter by reducing the cost of the heating bills. Trust me, this electric fireplace really made my holiday season!

When you have issues with your central heating and air conditioning system they need to be attended to.

They simply will not fix themselves.

And if you do not get them attended to it could end up costing you to have to get an entire new heating and air conditioning unit. One thing that should be looked at if you are having weak air flow is your ductwork. When you have weak air flow most of the time that means that your ductwork needs to be cleaned. This can be done by a simple phone call to the heating and air conditioning company. They can send out a certified heat and air conditioning specialist to clean the ductwork of your central heat and a/c unit for a pretty decent price most of the time. However if you either never had your ductwork cleaned before or it has been a while, then you need to prepare for the fact that it may cost you a little more because they will have to do what is called a deep ductwork cleaning. And a deep ductwork cleaning will cost you normally double the cost of what it is normally. This is because it takes twice as long and is much more detailed in the work of the ductwork cleaning all together. To avoid this, it is always best to get the ductwork of your central heating and air conditioning system cleaned regularly. This would be about every 4 to 6 months. This will keep your ductwork clean and good air flow going through it.

The air quality around here where I live is all over the place.

In the morning it is normally pretty bad and I am sneezing, coughing and having general breathing issues.

But then at night the air quality is really nice and great. I just do not understand it! How can you go from one extreme to the next in the course of a day? It totally beats me. I have no idea but this is how it is in the area in which me and my family live in. I purchased a few portable air purification systems to get us through the rough mornings. They help most of the time. It is a difficult thing to deal with I will say. Especially when you have bad allergies like I do with horrible air quality on top of it. But with the portable air purification system I can fight it off in the morning. Then at night I usually open the windows in the house to let in the great air quality that ends up showing up at that time. Like I said it is a real strange set up with the air quality around here. Who would imagine that it could go like it does. The temperatures are not much different these days. You could have it be nice and cool in the morning and then by afternoon you are having to crank the living hell out of your central heating and air conditioning system with the air conditioner on super high running up your electric bills. I am glad I have a smart thermostat.
