I have this old baseboard heater. The heater had not been working right lately and I did not know exactly what I should do. I did not want to get rid of it because I have had it for so long. So I took a chance and called my local heat and a/c company to see if they repaired old baseboard heaters. Lucky for me, they did! So I scheduled a time for them to send out one of their certified heating and air conditioning specialists to check out what was wrong with the heater. The day the HVAC specialist arrived and looked at it, they said that they could actually repair my old baseboard heater and that the issue was not something that was hard to fix. So the heating and air conditioning specialist got right to work on the baseboard heater. He had the thing working again in about an hour’s time. I paid the heating and cooling company their HVAC home services fee and the HVAC worker was on his way back to the heat and a/c company. I consider myself lucky that I was able to actually get this old baseboard heater repaired. It is not too common these days to find a heating and air conditioning company that has heat and a/c specialists that know anything about the old forms of heating and cooling to be able to repair them! If I ever have an issue with the baseboard heater again I will call the local heat and a/c company to help.

The air quality around here where I live is all over the place.

In the day it is normally pretty terrible and I am sneezing, coughing and having general breathing complications.

But then at evening the air quality is actually nice and great. I just do not understand it! How can you go from 1 extreme to the next in the course of a day? It totally beats me. I have no plan but this is how it is in the section in which myself and others and my family live in. I purchased a few portable whole-house air purifiers to get us through the rough days. They help most of the time. It is a difficult thing to deal with I will say. Especially when you have terrible flu symptoms appreciate I do with horrible air quality on top of it. But with the portable whole-house air purifier I can argument it off in the day. Then at evening I usually open the windows in the apartment to let in the great air quality that ends up showing up at that time. Like I said it is a real weird set up with the air quality around here. Who would imagine that it could go appreciate it does. The rapidly increasing temperatures are not much strange these days, then you could have it be nice and cool in the day and then by afternoon you are having to crank the residing hell out of your central heating and air conditioner with the air conditioning on super high running up your electric bills. I am ecstatic I have a smart thermostat.

I am actually not too fond of telemarketers.

And I am even more so not fond of them when they call early in the day on a weekend while I am trying to sleep in late! I got woken up last weekend by a telemarketer calling myself and others at around 8am selling HVAC beach apartment services! This actually frustrated myself and others because not only do I have my HVAC beach apartment services taken care of, but my brother is a certified heat and a/c specialist! Now of course I know they are not expected to know this. But the point is it just made myself and others more mad and frustrated about getting that pointless phone call which woke myself and others up. I actually need to find out how to get on 1 of those do not call lists i’m telling you! I absolutely yelled at the poor telemarketer and told them what they could do with their HVAC beach apartment services. There are so many competing heat and a/c companies in the area, and now they are resorting to the aged telemarketing thing to try to get business. That is absolutely the worst thing they could do because everyone and their mothers know that if you have something sold through telemarketing that usually means that you are some sort of scam or that there is something dishonest somewhere. I have never had a telemarketing call for something 1 hundred percent on the level. Maybe these HVAC people were? Who knows and who cares really.

This was the case for myself and others with my HVAC business. I am an independent heat and a/c corporation who has been working non stop for the last 6 years separate from any kind of trip. This was something that was finally getting to me. So as a result of all this I finally decided enough was enough and it was time to take a nice long 2 month trip. I put everything on hold and closed my independent HVAC dealer for this amount of time and I took a cruise ship trip with my wifey for the 2 weeks. It was no nice not even thinking about heating or air conditioning. To be honorableI was totally burned out on it all. I nearly was so burnt out I thought about getting another work and closing the HVAC dealer for good! However I knew that would not be a wise plan because this is my work and what I put so much time and effort into building. It was just that a long 2 month long overdue split was needed and I needed to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle all together. After the 2 month trip on the cruise I reopened my independent HVAC dealer and all was back to dealer as usual. I fell right back into it and felt refreshed with no feelings of wanting to quit. The long trip was just what I needed.

I had the best holiday season last year.

This was all because of a special gift I got for myself as well as our family.

That personal gift was an electric fireplace! The electric fireplace was something I had wanted to buy for a long time however just did not have the cash on hand to do so. But I had saved up a lot of currency over the year before as well as finally was able to buy one. And it made the perfect holiday season gift. This was not only because it looked nice in the family room area of our home, however it was nice to decorate with the holiday decorations. Also it kind of worked as a genuinely big as well as powerful space oil furnace in a way. Because of that fact the people I was with and I were able to save a little currency on our weekly bills by running the electric fireplace to keep us moderate in the front end of the house instead of running the central heating all the time which cost a lot to run. If you can get yourself an electric fireplace as well as do not already have one I actually would say to do so. Because the electric fireplace is a fantastic way to brighten up your condo in multiple ways as well as it will save you currency on your weekly bills in the Winter time by reducing the cost of the heating bills. Trust me, this electric fireplace actually made our holiday season!

What was even more of a miracle was the fact that when I turned in the paper I got an A grade on it! That was not something I was expecting. I expected to get a passing grade however not the top of the line. I guess I actually fooled them that I guess anything about the HVAC business.
