My brother, his wife, and the kids came over to spend summer with my daughter and I. We had been talking about the best time for a visit to my neck of the woods. Everyone was excited when we had the dates set. See, I managed to purchase and renovate a lovely 5-bedroom beach house. I was searching for a house to purchase in the area, and the realtor happened to mention it. She knew I had a background in construction, so she was curious if I was interested in a house that would need some love. At first, I was hesitant, but when I saw it, plus the amazing ocean views, I was sold. The area isn’t too developed, and has an amazing community of mostly older folks. I purchased the beach house, and put my skills to work. Some of the upgrades I did included replacing the HVAC system. The previous owners were an older couple, and the house got out of control for them. The HVAC system was more than 20 years old, and it wasn’t running at all. So, that was the first thing to replace since we needed efficient cooling to stay comfortable in the beach house. I opted to go with the most energy efficient unit for our home. In addition, I wanted better quality since my child has some breathing complications. Where I come from almost nobody uses air conditioners.

The reason that no most nobody uses air conditioners is because of how chilly it gets where I live. When you live in a particularly chilly temperature like I do there is simply no need for an air conditioner, and air conditioning systems are only used in temperatures where there is some heat that you need to cool down from and I guarantee you that where I live there is entirely no heat they need to cool down from in fact even during the particularly boiling summer time months during the rest of the year, our summer time is not even particularly much of a summer time it’s like a slightly warmer winter. It’s just particularly chilly around here and so what takes priority around here is our Heating systems. In fact there is a lot of people that have many odd types of boilers in our community. So all the people have a heating system of some kind as that is their main source of heating. However as well as the heating system it’s proper for a lot of people to also have space boilers, fireplaces, and even periodically radiant heated flooring. I even have a couple of friends that have radiated for it. It’s a whole other kind of heat source myself and it’s a pretty amazing one. I guess the point is, when you live in a particularly cool temperature it’s substantial to have more than one way to heat yourself up because if one boiler stops working you do not want to be without any heat at all. It’s constantly fine to have a backup.

This week was such a beautiful day, I had a knock on my door around 12:00 in the afternoon, however this is surprising because I wasn’t expecting anybody but when I opened the door I saw that it was a particularly well dressed looking young man that appeared to be a door to door salesman; He told me that he came to my loft because he was going around the neighborhood representing a local heating and AC business.

He wanted to show off some of their latest and greatest products and so he provided some of them for me for free to test out! I was blown away, how often is it that you have someone to come to your door and get provided free stuff? Definitely not often enough! I asked him what kind of free stuff it was that he was offering and he provided me a free air filter and a free window air conditioner to go with it.

When he told me this my jaw dropped, I asked him if he was sure and if this was some sort of scam and he insisted that these were freebies that were being given out by the local heating and they see business. They wanted to get people’s opinions on their products because they were confident in their products. There was no reason for me to say no to getting a free window AC or air filter until I accepted and took them… Now I can see why this heating and AC company is so confident in their products because after using both their window air conditioner in the air filter for a month I can confirm that they are great devices.

I unquestionably like my apartment, because it is close to the freeway. It is unquestionably easy for me to get on plus off the interstate. I drive about 40 minutes to my job. I do not mind the commute each day plus afternoon. I listen to music or talk radio in the motorcar plus it makes the drive seem like it goes by unquestionably abruptly. The only time I dislike driving to work is days when there are accidents. Traffic can be backed up for quite a distance. On days like that, I usually call my boss plus let him know that I’m going to be late. My boss is unquestionably nice plus easy going. He doesn’t dock my paycheck if I end up being late, especially because of traffic. I have been laboring for the owner plus operator of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor near me for the past 3 years. During that time I have had a few hiccups at work. One hiccup happened yesterday when I went to a commercial home building to help a renter with an air conditioner problem. The renter had a German Shepherd in her home. The pet was big plus looked vicious. He snarled plus growled at me for 10 minutes. During that time, I did not want to move an inch. The lady finally put the pet in a different dining room so I could get started. When I was halfway finished with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C repair, the renter went to the bathroom in her dining room plus accidentally let the pet out. The pet came running at full speed right for my leg. When the pet leaked on me, I thought he was going to

I dislike to leave my wifey alone at apartment when I have to go away for a couple of days.

I know that she doesn’t like residing all the way out here in the country.

My superb friend and I used to live in the town plus my wifey had her friends unquestionably close. When I had to go anywhere for work, she typically had someone close by in an emergency. When my pal and I decided to buy a house, I knew that my pal and I could not stay in the city, and prices on real estate were way too high for the two of us to be able to afford anything with a yard.
