My boyfriend and I went to see a rock and roll concert.

We drove 2 hours to the venue.

I decided to take a nap on the way to the concert, because my boyfriend was going to drink when we were there. I had to be awake and alert to drive back home after the concert was over. When my boyfriend and I were at the concert, both of us were drinking and there was no way that we could drive home when the show was over. The main event played a double encore and the concert didn’t even let out until well after midnight. My boyfriend and I found a hotel room on the edge of town that was only $35 a night. It wasn’t a really seedy part of town and there were homeless people in the parking lot and drug deals at all hours of the night. My boyfriend and I parked our car as close to the room as possible so we could keep an eye on it all night long. We turned on the heater in the room because it was cold outside and cold in the room. One of the chairs from the table was close to the heater. I smelled an odd odor coming from the heater and I thought there was a problem. It turned out to be the smell of the plastic from the chair melting. The heater was so hot that the chair had a giant melted part in the back. I didn’t want to get in trouble for the chair, but my boyfriend assured me that it wasn’t that type of hotel.

I like to have AC at the gym when I am working out.

It makes me feel very alive and awake.

The cold air always makes me feel much more vibrant. I prefer the winter months when the temperatures are cold and frigid. During the summer I feel very tired and weak. When I’m doing chores at home, I also like to keep the AC on high. Last weekend I decided to paint the living room a different color. I’ve been looking at paint samples for a couple of weeks and I finally chose the right color. It was about 85° on Saturday when I started working on the paint job. I knew it was going to take two days to complete everything, because the living room needed a second coat of paint. I turned on the AC on high while I was painting. I put the temperature inside of the house down to 68°. I wasn’t going anywhere that day, so I knew that I would not have to worry about someone running in and out of the house and letting all of the cold air outside. I started by taping all of the windows and the door so none of the paint would get on my fixtures. Then I did the trim around the window so the brush and roller could finish up the rest of the work. I had a good coat of paint on the first day and I probably could have finished up if I had stayed up late that night, but I decided to wait until the next morning to add a second coat of paint.

I work for a heating and AC repair service that offers 24-hour services for all of our residential and commercial customers.

We perform repairs throughout the entire night, but most of the time we urge our customers to wait until the morning if it is not an emergency.

An emergency would be considered the loss of heat or AC when the temperatures are extremely hot or cold. Our commercial customers can decide what is an emergency, but we charge even more for emergency services on the commercial repairs. I had to field calls on Wednesday night. I was not the repair technician on call, but it was up to me to decide whether or not the repairs were an emergency. One of our residential customers called because she did not have any heat. It was 60° outside and the elderly customer did not mind paying for the emergency service fees. I felt that it was probably a good idea to contact the emergency repair technician to send him to the address. I was happy that the guy answered the phone quickly. Sometimes the on-call technician will have to be running three or four times and that drives me crazy. The repair technician took down the information for the call including the name, address, telephone number, and reason for the call. A few hours later, I received a phone call from the repair technician. He had to schedule the customer for another service in the morning. The heat pump needed to be replaced completely and the parts warehouse didn’t open until 6am.

I had an HVAC tune up on Friday afternoon.

The young HVAC technician that provided the service was talking about going to a club later that night.

I certainly didn’t expect to see the HVAC technician later that evening, but I ran into the young guy at the club. I was with a group of my friends and he was with a younger group of his friends. I did not say anything to the technician. My friends and I left the club around 2:00 in the morning and we went straight to a diner. The place has the best waffles, pancakes, and crispy bacon. They are one of a handful of places that are open overnight and my friends and I usually go to this particular place. I ran into the HVAC technician again in the diner. He was standing in line and waiting for a table when I came through the door with my friends. The guy immediately recognized me and he asked if I was the same person that he had helped earlier that day with an HVAC tune-up. I didn’t expect the repair guy to recognize me, because it was the first time that I used that particular service. There was a coupon in the paper and I saved 20% off because I was a first-time customer. The repair technician performed a full-service tune-up including changing the air filter and cleaning all of the air vents and I didn’t even have to pay $100. It was a pretty good deal compared to prices from other local competitors.

My wife and I have only been separated for a short amount of time and I am already beginning to see just how much work she used to do in the house. When it comes to the kids, I feel like I am completely and totally clueless. I had the kids all weekend and all they did was fight, cry, and wine. They wanted me to take them back home. They didn’t like the size of my apartment or the way that the old couch smelled. I was doing my best to make the place a happy home, but the kids were just complaining. When I finally took the kids back to my wife, I was absolutely and totally wiped out. I don’t think I’ve ever worked that hard on my weekend off. When Monday rolled around and I had to get up and go to work, I was sore and tired. I did not want to get out of bed to go to the HVAC service center. I hit the snooze button on my alarm a couple of times and then I finally got out of bed. I had a cup of coffee and I still didn’t feel like going anywhere. I had two cups of coffee before I was ready to work on the first job of the day. It turned out to be a commercial HVAC repair. It was only about an hour away from my house. I finished with the repair in less than an hour and then I went home to take a shower before I finished the rest of my day. I was still pretty tired and I was hoping that a shower would wake me up.

I usually stay home for the holidays, but my new girlfriend said that we should go on a trip this year for Christmas instead of dealing with all the family drama.

We’ve only been dating for a couple of weeks and I don’t want to spend Christmas without her.

I still think it’s probably a little bit too soon to take her to meet my mom and dad. I thought that the holiday getaway was the perfect idea, because we didn’t have to deal with either one of those situations. I made plans for my girlfriend and I to take a 6-hour flight to a tropical island location where lots of people like to go during the winter holidays. Temperatures on the island are 80 5° or warmer and the sun shines all day. I was happy with the accommodations that we picked out. We were in a four-star hotel with a view of the water and a full-service breakfast every morning that was included with the price of our room. We had a view of the pool outside and a balcony where the two of us could smoke cigarettes and sit outside to listen to the sound of the ocean waves. Our room had all of the comforts of home, including a central heating and air conditioning system. We used the central AC while we were there. I thought it was too warm and humid to go without the air conditioner and that was a change, considering the fact that it was only 30° on the day that we left home and we were running the gas furnace constantly.

I’m getting a tan, listening to some classic songs, plus making money all at the same time.

Whoever said that labor can’t be fun? This sure beats resting in my cubicle at my desk job as an engineer back in the afternoon I tell you what! Yes, I don’t make somewhere near what I made back then, although I have cut my living expenses way down plus I am able to live a great quality of life only working part time plus working where I want to labor plus when I want to work.

Heating plus cooling components are what I mainly write about, although occasionally I write about air purification systems plus things like that. I tossed my engineering degree in the garbage a long time ago plus never looked back, plus I am much happier now than I was with all of that money back then. I would spend most of my money on things like smart temperature controls plus geo heat pumps, when I really didn’t need them in the first locale. But when you labor a lot of minutes at a job that you really don’t appreciate you look for ways to reward yourself like I was doing back then. Now I don’t worry about whether my cooling system plus heating plan are brand current plus top of the line, I am more worried about having free time plus time to do things that I really love doing. I spend a lot of my time with friends plus at the beach, plus I think that is a much better life for myself and others in the end.
