One For All Air Conditioning

I could use a big bowl of chicken noodle soup to help me get over my flu bug.

I will tell you one thing: it’s not easy to write all day when you have a fever and a headache, but the world does not stop turning, and I have to keep pushing to get these done regardless of how I’m feeling.

It’s a cloudy and cool day today, and I don’t think there’s much going on outside, as the beaches are mostly deserted. The Summer season is approaching, and soon it will be slammed with local contractor owners all excited about the Summer dollars, and my pal and I have about six more weeks of slowness before the insanity begins and all of the tourists arrive. My cooling system will be restarting soon, cooling down my flat so that my friend and I can all be comfortable and cozy on those sweltering Summer afternoons. I live in an undeniably cool town and would not mind living here for the rest of my life. The local business in town keeps me busy every week with Heating and Air Conditioning component repairs, among other things, making this town even nicer because I do not have to leave it to find money somewhere else. I like living here because there are no buses or subways, and you can get around by walking or riding a bike. The Heating and Air Conditioning contractor where I work is only a three-minute walk from my house, making it extremely convenient to get to work every day.

With a cold, I’ll be stuck in the flat for the next few afternoons.

I just looked out my front balcony at my little quiet street that I live on, and it easily makes me appreciate this small town that I live in, as well as the simplicity of it all.

The most difficult aspect of living here for me is not seeing my family and friends back home as much as I used to, even though I feel compelled to stay because the United States has become too wasteful and too fast for me. It appears that all of my friends are purchasing cooling systems as well as boilers in order to improve their homes, when everything was enjoyable to begin with. I’ve seen it time and again with people building larger homes, far more than they need to exist, and all of their energy goes into consumption, leaving none for creative endeavors. I left my local business in 2008 to move to New York City to pursue comedy full-time, and I’m glad I did because working on HVAC duct cleaning tasks every day was sucking the soul out of my body. There is nothing wrong with trading in addition to making money, but when you feel like there is something in you that needs to come out, you must listen as well as pursue it. I ran my local contractor for ten years before deciding that I needed a break from the Heating and Air Conditioning component world as well as the hustle and bustle of weekly life back home.

I still have a lot to learn about the music I know, especially when I compare my songs to the songs I enjoy listening to.

They put so much emotion into their songs, and I’m curious how I can unlock that emotion and incorporate it into my own songs.

I never took singing lessons and am just winging it every time I sing, but with enough practice, maybe I can unlock the door and open myself to singing like the enjoyable artists do in those killer cherish tunes. I like the 70’s and 78’s cherish tunes and am warming up to the idea of being able to do the same. I just know that I enjoy playing the drums and singing with my bandmate, and I believe my friend and I could do some fun things with music if we can stay together. I’d rather sing than work as a heating and air conditioning technician for the rest of my life at the cooling company where I work. Maybe I should take some singing lessons from a local contractor in town, because my neighbor, who is a singing coach, doesn’t seem motivated to help me after hearing some songs my friend and I wrote about cooling systems and space heaters. I believe I can sing someone else’s songs with emotion, but creating my own from scratch appears to be a weakness. The owner of the cooling company is a good singer, but he doesn’t seem to want to do it for a living because he doesn’t believe he could make enough money doing it full time like he does running the Heating and Air Conditioning company.

I am getting hungry, and I would like to get some kefir in my system to help fight this flu.

Kefir contains a variety of antibiotic strains of beneficial bacteria that aid in the fight against infections like the one I have. I learned that drinking it several times a day when you have a fever or a cough, in addition to the antibiotics in it, will kill the virus faster. I’ll give it a shot because I have a lot of kefir in my fridge because my flatmate makes it every day. This fever was making me sweat like crazy last evening, but after drinking kefir all day yesterday, the fever seems to have subsided. I’ll continue taking it throughout the day today and see how I feel when I wake up tomorrow. The cooling technician told me that he had a bad cold or flu and that after three afternoons of drinking kefir every day, he was completely cured, so let’s see if it does the same for me. I would prefer not to take antibiotics from the doctor if I could avoid it because they kill all of the beneficial bacteria in the body while also weakening our immune system. I have to work next week for the heating and cooling company, and I need to be better before then. I also have a friend who wants to come visit me in five afternoons and would love to see him if I am feeling better, as he is a fun friend and I often miss seeing her.

I’m working on my writing while recovering from the flu I’ve had for the past two afternoons. I’m hoping it goes away in the next four or five afternoons so I can pay my friend a visit while he’s still in the country. She is currently in another town for a dance class and will be there for five more afternoons before returning here for a couple of afternoons before returning to Finland. I haven’t seen him in about two years, I believe, since my Heating and Air Conditioning tech ex and I split up, but my pal and I reMEd friends, and I hope to see another heating worker friend before he returns home. I still have a few afternoons to reclaim, so I’m trying to sleep as much as I can so that this thing is knocked out by my body’s energy as well as my immune system. I sleep in air-conditioned comfort at night so that this fever does not overheat me; additionally, I have a HEPA filter in my a/c component, which may help with keeping the air wash at night. I’m not going to do anything today except work on these articles and do my yoga session; other than that, I’ll be resting and eating healthy foods to refuel my body and make it strong again. My Heating and Air Conditioning representative told me that the illnesses my friend and I get are a sign that the body needs to cleanse itself, and that when my friend and I get better, we are stronger versions of ourselves.

I am grateful for my steady work because it is the glue that holds my life together; without it, my life would fall apart

Well, I got sick yesterday for the first time in a long time, and I believe it is a sign that my body and life need to be cleansed in order for rebirth to be possible. Things in my life are not going as well as I would like them to, and getting sick is a sign that my mind is under stress, so some swings are necessary. I’ve been alone for a year and a half and am beginning to wonder if I’ll ever meet someone again, but love can happen as quickly as a heating and air conditioning system turning on, and perhaps this illness is required to help me move in a different direction. I am grateful for my steady work because it is the glue that holds my life together; without it, my life would fall apart. I just hope my Heating and Air Conditioning component business stock rises again so I have a cash reserve in case something goes wrong and I need it one day. I’m trying to save some money on the side so that I don’t have to touch that stock, so hopefully things continue to go well and I can continue to save money! The local contractor is having a sale on heating and cooling filters, and I think I might have to splurge and buy a few for the upcoming chilly and frosty seasons, but other than that, things are going pretty well in my life, and our band is going to be doing some enjoyable gigs soon in clubs across the country.

I had a 101-degree fever after contracting some kind of bug two afternoons ago.

I was walking with a friend two evenings ago, and I could feel the sickness beginning, first with a scratchy throat and then with a sinus infection.

I ran myself down a lot over the weekend playing volleyball, so I have no one to blame but myself. My friend and I come into contact with several people who are carrying germs, but if our immune systems are strong, our bodies stomp them out. But when you’re tired and hot from a game of ball, you can compromise your immune system, and it starts cooling down and not toiling like it should, so I’ll be at home for the next few afternoons writing these articles and just resting a lot, like last evening when I slept for almost 13 hours, and I plan on turning on my portable air con system in my kitchen later and going to bed early again, like last ev. I went to bed at 9 p.m. last night and didn’t get out of bed until 10 a.m. this morning, which was enjoyable because the body requires all of the rest it can get to supply it with energy to argue this thing. I’ll work on my heating and air conditioning system all day, taking breaks along the way, and hope to finish it before my head hits the pillow this evening. I feel terrible because my enjoyable friend was supposed to visit yesterday, and I had to tell him he shouldn’t stay here.
